- Collaborate with sales and solution architects in pre-sales conversations to secure technical wins with key accounts
- Drive customer business outcomes, balancing utilization, project delivery efficiency, and striving for strong CSAT results
- Work as part of project delivery teams and co-deliver with partner teams for enterprise customers
