- Serve as the Oracle subject matter expert for engineers building custom applications and external integrations, advising on system capabilities, data models, integration touchpoints, and the right architectural patterns for building around Oracle.
- Drive integration and data architecture for external partners including contract manufacturers, 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers, and retail / B2B customers.
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions, technical designs, process flows, and implementation patterns that align with long-term architectural direction.
- Drive architecture improvements that reduce process variation, close control gaps, improve process agility, and create measurable business value.
- Support accountability for data migration, testing, deployment readiness, production support, issue triage, and change control across business-critical supply chain applications.
- Lead preparation of key documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, configuration guides, user guides, UAT definitions, and success metrics.
