Day-to-day expectations

- Own and lead Figma’s physical safety and security strategy, ensuring consistent standards while adapting to local risks and regulations
- Build, scale, and operate physical security programs across offices, events, and travel
- Lead incident response for critical safety and security events, including threat assessment, crisis management, and post-incident review
- Own and evolve the executive protection program, including risk assessments, travel security, event support, and coordination with internal and external partners
- Assess and manage the physical threat landscape, including workplace violence, protests, travel risk, natural disasters, and executive risk
- Partner closely with Workplace, IT, Legal, People, and Executive teams to align security priorities with business needs
